You forget many other weapons, including the solar ray rifle and the dater hater, etc.
 
Flaming Volcano. Its very powerful, but only at close range. If you're a sniper, than the Elephant Hunter, but you didn't list that one. Its powerful, but slow. It all really depends on your play style or skill level. Just my opinion.

I wish you wear correct even if you are The best player you can't beat someone that's hacking i mean like no.....

he only listed the first upgrades of the weapons and Brutal headhunter is the "same"with elefant hunter.He did that because you can only list up to ten things....

Best is PSR and high voltage.also solar Ray rifle is good but to expensive
 
I guess skill doesn't work by itself and requires a special and powerful weapon such as the Prototype UP2 to kill well. I myself consider the Prototype UP2 as the best special weapon and even the best weapon ever in the game, because you can shoot a player with Ruby Armor UP2 and full armor points in the head and still get a one shot one kill.
