M8, I'd suggest you should no longer take people to contacting RiliSoft because it may be official, but RiliSoft stopped caring about their fans, the fans' issues and complaints.

Yeah, Really$oft is even greedier than before and expected. At this point, purchasing coins and gems are just a scammy bait. I wish Really$oft would have more S's in their name so I can replace them with dollar signs. Or maybe this: R€A££¥$OFT, and their tagline'd be '¥OU MU$T $P€ND ¥OUR MON€¥ TO U$!'

While this isn't the official PG3D forums, I may as well assist you!
Unfortuante to say, but.. RiliSoft deliberately ignores any inquiries in their official so-called "help" mail, so I suggest forwarding a support request to Apple themselves (as you are using iOS) via https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 and follow the instructions there carefully. Other than that, this is beyond our control as we aren't affiliated whatsoever with PG3D at all.
