RiliSoft's Increase Greed? Bug or Intentional?

Is it a bug, or RiliSoft increased their greed, tremendously?

Now, ever since the 11.0.0 update, people purchasing coins and gems, they don't receive their virtual currency. Only the amount of money spent for virtual currency is sent to RiliSoft without a refund or anything. Just like that, RiliSoft receives money and the player does not receive his/her coins, gems, or both, just, money down in the drain. What do you think, is RiliSoft intentionally increasing their greed and turned the virtual currency purchases into scammy baits, or was that a mistake/ bug? Vote in the poll above.
 
I'll keep thinking it is intentional. Were there any reports contradicting what the people who suffered from the so-called "bug"? As in, if someone did get their in-game currency, etc?
Rilisoft could be reported for scam.
 
Yes, scam our customers with virtual currency we can generate infinitely. Where's the logic in that? As much as I hate them for ruining the game, I don't think they'd stoop that low just to squeeze in a few bucks from a few already gullible customers in the game.

This is absolutely illegal and should be reported to Apple (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084) or Google Play (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637?hl=en) themselves; if it goes by unrefunded or without any form of appropriate return & compensation, it's very possible to have their app taken down and the company sent for litigation.

It's very careless for RiliSoft to do this and I'm fairly sure that if it persists, it's distributor (Apple or Google Play) will eventually catch wind of it.
 
As much as I hate the greedy ruskis, I doubt they'd stoop so low, and they would hopefully know full well that doing something like that is utterly illegal. Most likely just a bug.
 
Both things are possible. However in case it is a bug, it should have been patched as soon as it happened the first time, but RiliCriminal didnt seem to even think about doing that.

It is intentional cuz it sounds like it is.
(In all seriousness, if it is a scam, then ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )

But I do remember back when 8.0.0 or the update that introduced the wonderful thing called gems, people started to complain about making IAP purchases and not getting what they paid for. If they've been doing it for this long......it makes them look like they're scamming people. Mostly kids I should say. If Apple or Google play finds out about this, they will be in serious trouble for scamming or not giving a simple reason why the consumer didnt get what they bought.

In other words..... If you didnt get what you paid for and wrote to support and they STILL dont give you what you want or a reason why, contact apple or google.

1. I fully agree with you, but however, I never payed, I only experienced users about RiliSoft's current issue.
2. Actually, 9.0.0 is the update of the gems' introduction.

Blah. Let me rephrase that.

When the 8.0.0 update was released, things started to go downhill from there. From bugs to the lag, it just started to get hectic playing. Then they added the serverly overpowered dragon ray (Stay with me lol. I haven't played this game in forever) and the freezee ray rifle. AND those bleeping magic bows and wands that would one shot non armored people. And also, weapons started to get pricey and payouts at the end of the game wasn't as big.

Then came the "glorious" 9.0.0 that EVERYONE loved!!! *Cough cough* Sarcasm *Cough cough* when most people found out how hard it was to get gems, they started to hate it. And with the addition of weapons/upgrades costing a crazy amount of gems or coins now, well, players started to get Po'ed. That's when hackers started to blantantly start bypassing the IAPS and getting 999999999 gems. And to also top it off, those dang mech/gears. Ugh. That was so annoying to fight against. Atleast with the older update hackers (people who had cheated the currency) were easier to deal with. Cause mostly everyone had all the weapons back then.

I had over 10,000 gold coins before they started to add gems. Who knew that gold could be so cheap and worthless in this game now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

PG3D 11.0.0 is much worse, trust me.

the nuke that killed PG3D was 10.4.0 with REALLY messing up the hit-boxes and weapon accuracy
10.3.0 was alright but not as good as 10.2.0 when playing was still actually possible
as of today, 11.0 is without a doubt one of the worst PG3D updates, to date.

Ahhhh. Can't really play this game anymore cause I got that high tech iPad 2 yo. Runnin that IOS 8.1.1. Atleast I have headphone hack unlike the iPhone 7.

And plus the game takes up a huge amount of storage for me. I may have to watch some videos on the newer version.

U should save some moneh for iPad Air/Air 2/Pro. I have iPad Air which runnin in iOS 10.0.2.

Rushers update review sums it up pretty well.
 
11.0.0 is a pretty bad update. In my opinion, I only liked the new interfaces and the return of the old main menu song (other than that, I despise the update).
