Prototype vs. Charge Rifle and lucky chest rigged

I have enough coins to get the prototype or the charge rifle, charge rifle has more efficiency, but the prototype costs more coins so is it better or what? And I don't care about wallbreak or headshot, I am not sure what charge shot means.

Also is the lucky chest rigged so that you can't get weapons?

Get the prototype, Charge Rifle is difficult to get a good shot with since you must hold the fire button to charge it up completely and in those few seconds an opponent can move a lot and you would have to track him but risk having your thumb slip from button and shoot when u don't mean to. Prototype is THE strongest sniper when fully upgraded too
