I use reflector for pc. You need good internet and it cost about 10 pounds :)

Best way to get coins and xp? Play on a small map (e.g: pool party, shooting range etc) play on team deathmatch (15-20 kills) and win loads! You level up super fast, giving you a ton of coins! It's how I got to max level!
