Umm ok so this lag might be caused by a cydia tweak you Installed so go to cydia>installed>recent and remove some of those recent tweak those might cause the lag I used to have an iPad 2 16 Gb and used to be so laggy until I removed some cydia tweaks that I had,hope this helped you

Ok the problem in the massive lag is the jailbreak so I will give you a solution that might fix this go to cydia and install this tweak icleaner and if it didn't work tell me
