Depends what I use, if I use my rail gun i like ranged but the capacity isn't the best so then I got Rambo style with an alien pistol

The marksman is good for close range too, right? Or how about elite rifle, does the next upgrade make it good?

OK,then it's ranged weaponry. You should choose to Marksman then since it has good accuracy with decent power for a cool 100 coins. Upgrade it for another 60 coins if you have the money.

From what use I've had with it, the accuracy on it is better than the Rambo's Rifle, but Rambo's Rifle does more damage than the Swat Rifle.

Basically, it's a bulkier variant of the Marksman, and has a lower rate of fire.
