PROS:
= Dangerously low (1%) recoil
= Accurate in long distances
= Good capacity despite being a sniper rifle
= Can make the Laser Minigun, Ghost Lantern, and Storm Hammer user vulnerable to this weapon due to its 99% accuracy.
CONS:
= Expensive
= Bulky
= Impractical
= Being in the Primary section instead of Sniper section (for balancing reason as I fear this would make Sniper Forts unplayable, worse than the Semi Auto Sniper Rifle)
= Not usable in Sniper Forts
