Banned no hacks

Banned help please. We have already sent a pm to rilisoft

We did delete and reinstall and nothing. It's my sons game and he did the daily prize and then after he watched the vids it banned him.

If he performed the date-trick with the device (which is very common with any game that has daily rewards), that could be the reason he got banned. That is seriously the only reason I could see him being banned.

Otherwise, that's all I've got, hope and pray that RiliSoft responds.
 
He didn't do the date trick. I asked him he has spent a lot of money buying his guns. More than I actually would allow. He has spent almost 100 dollars so I guess I can thank them for saving me money.

Hmm, at that point I guess buying extreme amounts of gems fairly frequently would raise an alarm for the developers.

Sorry, all I can suggest is to wait it out and hope they respond.
 
It was a serious problem in version 9.4.2 a handfull of people got it,it was very common I play fairly speak well yet I got banned too it was patched during the construction of version 10.0.01

Are you saying that rilisoft themself doesn't have moderators from the team? And this is a website about them and they don't even run it?

To honorably answer you, RiliSoft has some staff that visit this forum (they are noted with the "Developer" banner on the profile), however they are in no way Moderators. This website is not even affiliated with RiliSoft LLC, it's purely a fan-made forum for the community (since at the time of it's release and popularity, the community for PG3D was lacking in a central online hub to communicate).

Nonetheless, they seen to rely on sending people to their support address pretty often, so really, we've had this sort of "between a rock and a hard place" situation for a while on the forum in regards to support. Nonetheless, they have responded to the odd support thread on here every now and then.

@RiliSoft we could your input on this thread.

He still has not been unbanned yet he is player number 3000 and he is still at level 10. A hacker is going to level very quickly and he hasn't.
