Ok. So, I've been stocking up gems for the past couple of months (I had about 260). I was playing a Deathmatch in Pool Party, perfectly happy with my Minigun Shotgun. I die to an Anti-Champion Rifle, and the respawn screen shows up. You know how after you die, this screen pops up and there are several recommended weapons on the right side. I accidentally click on the Undertaker shotgun, and SOMEHOW PURCHASE IT. There was no confirmation screen. My gems disappeared, just like that. Although I had planned to, I hadn't spent a single dollar on in-game purchases.
I play on, completely unaware of the fact I had wasted most of my gems. I switch to my Minigun Shotgun, only to realize there is an Undertaker in its place. I assume it's a free trial, so I'm still calm. However, near the end of the match, I look at my gems and realize that I only had about 70 gems left. I don't even feel like playing the game anymore.
Is there anyway to lose the weapon and get my gems back? Thanks.
