if the player used a favored increase the 25% of all properties but only on the map is favored the weapons
examples:
slender forest the weapons are banned is the high voltage and flaming volcano
the favoreds is the elephant hunter and prototype
arabian dust the weapons/gear are banned is the mech,turret and avalanche
the favored is the missile thrower,bass cannon and plasma releaser
space station:the weapons are banned is the hellraiser,hot plasma pistol,predator,heavy stogun and steam power
the favored is the mech,anti gravity blaster and jetpack
