Just changed the weapon's attribute to Semi Auto

Just buffed its damage and the level required.

How is the overall damage guys?

UPDATE: Just changed the firing sound to Brutal Headhunter's and increased the fire rate to 97 and set the features to Multiple shots and Semi-autp.
