Game crashing on android

Since the last update every time my game loads up it just sends me back to my phones home screen. Its pretty frustrating just wondering if anyone knows a fix or is having the same issues.
 
I think you might need to clear some space in your devices memory, it seems the app is crashing as your RAM isn't doing too well
 
What all do i have to backup or would it be linked to my google play acount. I just dont wanna uninstall and lose my purchases

To be honest, I see no solution, other than reinstalling, or clearing some memory

Clearing my cache did nothing. Reinstalling the game worked but when syncing my account i lost all my coins and gems which is a lottle rediculous if you ask me lol. Anyways it works now but if i tey to buy gems the game crashes.
 
I have tried on a couple of different devices, all new Android products with lots of RAM, and i am in the processen of writing a test about the Z5 Premium, and even on a new phone with no apps, the problem still occur.. I can make it work, have no idea why,when i either switch of WiFi and use mobile data or push the battke now button as soon as the game loads.
 
But i agree with kaneki Ken, i can not find a proper solution.. Reinstalling did not help either.. But just tried the WiFi trick again, and even though it makes no sense i can play the game if i do that.. And after i have opened the game i just do not close it again. But it is pretty annoying
 
I tried turning my wifi off and it still crashed when i tried to buy gems or coins. Ive never seen a game not let you spend money lol
 
Hahaha neither have i :-) Well i also have that problem now, that it closes in the middle of the game. Hope they soon fix this.
