How do I restore my level weapons and armor

Hi I'm 13 and I can't get my items back ok the story is that I cleared my phone storage so I would have space I cleared the pixel gun data and then updated apps and went on pixel gun to restore my things ive done this before with no problem I sign back in to face book and my Google account it restores my league name and clan but no weapons then I uninstall it and it only restores my name and clan no league I need help I'm so far at level 5 I ended at level 20 this was earlier in the day well the day before late at night I need help Idk about my I'd but it seems to know I authorized ok face book before but it doesn't show me the Google account option and I know it should restore my things because before a icon would show up saying I have saved inventory but it didn't now Idk what to do I don't want my work to be for nothing I also spent some money not sure how much but I have spent some I need help plz I've sent two emails to the devs but no response
