This works with a service called Feature Points.How this works is you download apps from the App Store.play the game for at lease for a minute and you will get points for using the app.Once you reach a certain amount of points,you can trade those points for things like games and gift cards.This service works for IOS not too sure about Andriod.

How To Get Feature Points
First Go to the link http://www.featurepoints.com
Next when you get to the website click on start earning now and click on download.
After you download feature points it will ask you to turn off limit ad tracking go to settings,privacy then advertising.
Reopen feature points it will ask you if you want to use a code.If you use my code 4AFM2G it will give you 50 points to start out with and
When your downloading apps it will give me half of the points.If I reach enough points for a ITunes gift card I will do a giveaway very soon .

Believe it or not, our previous moderator Hercule uses FeaturePoints, and it actually works. I notified the previous user (who was not Hercule) who posted similar content that I would not lock/delete this thread, as long as no users report any viruses or such.

The same warning applies to you. One bad report about FeaturePoints, and I'm taking it down for good.
