Alrighty....I'm just thinking about things. And one thing that comes to mind is hackers. NOTE: I may edit this if I feel like there needs to be more to it.
Hackers are becoming more prominent in the game now,as you can see. Why are they becoming more of a thing? And what are their reasons? That's what I'm going to explain (and which I may fail miserably at).
1. Why are they becoming a thing? (Hackers)
1. Gems.
2. Highly priced items
3. People who are rich in real life or somebody stole their parents credit card again.
1.Gems. Ahhh gems...the currency that's replacing gold coins. The currency that you can only earn by leveling up,or pay an astronomical amount of real money to earn pixelated in-game currency. Tons of items cost gems.
2. This goes along with the first reason. Things are WAY overpriced or too expensive to earn by simply playing the game. Even things that cost gold coins are crazy expensive. You see....back in the older versions of PG3D,a gun that had a cost of 200-300 coins seems reasonable. Why? Because back then you could get coins easily back then. And if the gun had upgrades,the cost of the upgrades weren't 120+ coin upgrades. Now...Guns either cost a crazy amount of gems,(Keep in mind that on SOME of the weapons have upgrades to follow). Some upgrades will cost coins,but other would cost gems. And even then coin upgrades are exspensive! And sometimes you still have another upgrade to go which could cost more coins or be a lot of gems!
3. Kids who are fortunate to have generous parents may be able to get away from these other problems. But some of us don't have a rich parents,a lot of allowance money or birthday money, or a job are going to face these issues. And then there's those kids who are spoiled brats.
What are their reasons? (For hacking)
1. Players becoming overwhelmed.
2. Players that are "stuck" in the game.
3. Players who aren't rich
4. Players that suck so bad that they can't even win against lvl 1 players.
5. Players that are good,but constantly getting beat by the other players with op weapons.
Playing the game can be pretty tedious if you don't have the op weapons or the armor. And for players who don't have those things,it can become a nightmare or a bloodbath for them. And playing the game and constantly being killed, or not being a great help to the team (even though they're trying their best) and becoming the weakest link in the team is not a fun experience. And for some players may start having an overwhelming emotions. Like anger,frustration,sadness,boredom,or throwing in the towl all the time.
When I mean by "Stuck",I mean by players who can't earn anything and constantly grinding for coins. Just like the first one,they can't buy any new weapons because they can't earn any coins against other players for some reason. That reason being: Not good enough armor,weapons,and teams. So most of the time playing,they either lose or don't get a lot from winning because they didn't get the most points or kill. And you can only earn so much in campaign. And survival takes forever.
Again,players who don't have boat loads of money to buy iap with.
These players are just terrible. Even when they hacked their game and got the most op weapons and armor,they still suck.
And then you have players like me,who get beat by the rich kids. We're still good,but the kids who either hacked or stole moms credit card keep beating us. We either dont have enough to upgrade,or we haven't bought IAPS for other reasons.
So overall...I don't blame some hackers for hacking the game. But in the end,hacking is hacking. They're good hackers,but then theres the bad hackers who want to ruin everything. And I know it's hard to play a game that' not in your favor. Yes,the game is unfair at times,but c'mon Rilisoft. Nobody likes a forced upon IAPS in a game. And if you don't play you're chances of winning decreases.
