Knife Party Weird Glitch

Ok so today I was playing Pixel Gun on my Kindle Fire HD and when I joined my health kept slowly going down even though none of the other players were killing me. I know that also happens when the nuke explodes on Nuketown (Nuclear City) but this was happening no matter what the whole time. I haven't tested this on other devices so I don't know if this glitch happens on them as well or not. This seriously needs to be fixed.
P.S one time when I respawned there was a red skull icon near my weapons - IDK what this means or why it was there but it could have to do with this glitch.
 
Did your health decrease as soon as you join? And did you do anything after you join like probably falling into the lava?
 
Where were you during the time you're on the map?
If you were near the dragon... It could possibly happen.

Must of been the smell of the dragon. It smells like a skunk pooped on it and sprayed on it. jk, must have got near deh dragon.

Maybe if you get close from the dragon once it will give you a debuff that keeps affecting you for a long time?And maybe the red skull means this debuff.
 
O_O it must have been the King he is missing from his throne in Knife party and he might be trolling with invis on.......or maybe ISIS is warning as with random damage before a suicide attack..OMG everyone run before they catch you and cut your head of:fearscream::fearscream::screamcat::screamcat:
