Loose items if upgrading to Pixel Gun 3D?

New in here so greetings!
Both me and my son plays. We have still not upgraded to Pixel Gun 3D. I have heard that we will loose all our items if upgrading. Can anyone confirm that this is not the case? We really would like to upgrade!

I'm pretty sure you will not lose your items(assuming you mean guns and accessories) when you update PG3D. I have yet to lose any of mine when updating the game.
