Multiplayer doesn't work?

For some reason when I try to battle in multiplayer it doesn't work. When I click the Battle Now button the loading thing comes up and it just stays like that forever. Why does this happen and how can I fix it? Any help is appreciated.

Try Re-installing the game. That may fix it...

Do I just delete it and re-install it? Won't that make me lose all my weapons and accessories though?

It says download:106.25 mb/s upload:31.19 mb/s and ping: 8ms

It tells us the speed of your internet connection so we can determine if it's fast enough to play PG3D online. If it's rather slow, that could cause PG3D to lock up while trying to load the Battle Now screen.

I have played multiplayer before with this internet though.

Okay, it definitely can't be the internet speeds causing your problem then

Run a scan on http://pingtest.net and post it here in case your internet is low quality

Is this the ping test?

That doesn't automatically mean you're good from connection issues 100% of the time, in the instance that your ISP might be having issues that are making your connection run less smoothly. It's best to run a test just in case.

Ok, I think I did it, posted a picture of it somewhere.

I have a 5 Ghz internet and one that is 2.4 Ghz. Right now I am using the one that is 5 should I switch or doesn't that make a difference?
