My game keeps crashing on the loading screen at 19%

I HAD this problem too. The only thing i did was delete and reinstall and tried running it again. It crashed a couple more times,but eventually stopped. Most be a bug and @RiliSoft should fix it.
 
Yup same thing here aswell.Gane crashed before uneven got to the menu.That happens sometimes in every game so it's not just PG3D and you will have to do what reidian said
 
Exact issue, crashing at 19% on the loading screen. Rebooted device; deleted and re-installed the app, twice. I have attempted at opening the app at least 10 times now, all leading to it crashing. Does anyone have a fix??

I did the exact thing you did. I deleted the app and reinstalled. After a couple times of opening it over and over,it started to work again.

Reading your other post, your game crashed at 99% on the loading screen, or on 40-50%. Mine crashes only at 19%; nothing else. We appear to have different issues; I've opened the app 20+ times now and it's still crashing.
 
I have the exact same issue always at 19%. I've deleted and reinstalled twice, sent 2 emails, no replies. anyone find a solution? :confused:
 
checked your email? this is the email I received from them....uploading a screenshot of Screenshot_2015-07-09-08-53-57.png their instructions so you can message them. hope this helps and they can get a fix...
 
yes, I emailed them this morning. so now we wait and see. it's weird because on my other iPad, same account no issues
 
Just saying guys, you don't need to message each other so fast on here. There's a shoutbox on the forum's main page you can use if you guys want faster communication. (Scroll down to find it on iPod)
 
I have the same problem on my iPad mini 2
I have tried more than 5 times reinstalling the app, I have updated to the latest iOS, I have turned my device on and off but to no avail
It does rarely get me to the game menu and I can play but it's a 1 in a hundred chance
It happened on my birthday when I decided to buy gems so I'm pretty disappointed I hope this can be fixed and I share your sorrow amnada7z and jake
 
I have same issue as well on my iPhone but my iPad mini and iPod 5 gen work. I have 6000 gems and this dissapoints me that in unable to use them
