My pixel gun app got corrupted or what?

So. I have been Playing This Game Like for... 2 weeks and i had really good Guns and accessories... And brand new skin that i Made in Two days. THEN i Was making a new skin and My hard work skin Got deleted for Some reason and All (every single) skin i Made Got white. And Skins that Were already in the Game Were deleted. Clans didn't work and i couldn't get Friends. Everytime i joined a multiplayer Game Second time, i couldn't see Shoot, Jump, reload, and snipe buttons. My only hope Was to delete My character by deleting the game. Now i have to get All that Stuff i had, back. I hope that Someone in staff reads This and would Fix This bug/glitch. Im using Windows Phone and i haven't downloaded any hacks to the Game. (And if You write too long message, it just randomly place the letters. Chat problem is for All Players)
 
I have only two guesses that What happened ----> i closed the app When the Game Was loading or My Phone Ran out of Battery When i Was playing.
 
That really sucks Pixelgamer :pensive:.
