Need help...

My 11 year old son, who has autism, spent nearly $900.00 on in-game purchases for this game through PayPal. PayPal was gracious enough to refund $190.00 of the money, but informed me that I have to go through developers of the game to try and recover the rest. (I realize I should have had my account locked, so please don't berate me about that.) The $698.45 that PayPal was not able to refund me had already gone through to your game within minutes, and it has taken me over a month to find the correct way to get in touch...I think...with the right people to help me. This all happened on August 14, 2017. I need that money back. Can someone please help me???

Go through google play or apple whoever the purchase was through. Idk how you could spend that much. Ive spent 4.99 when I started a month ago and already with gems from events have almost everything I could want. Good luck

If you read the post... It was done by my 11 year old, autistic son. But thanks for your response.
