Possible, but unlikely. To fix up a ranking system for a version of a game would probably be around 20-50 lines of code, not around 1500 like the game's own coding. Even then, all they'd have to do is copy the coded text from their Android app and paste it in the iOS variant (assuming both apps were coded with the same language).
If anything, I'm sticking with what EliteTruth said, they're optimizing the app for the 5C and 5S iPhones. It's pretty difficult to code an app for both devices, and to have the GUI optimized for both a tablet and a smartphone. If only Rilisoft were more "involved" with their Pixel Gun community like Minecraft, at least then we wouldn't all be wanting to tear Rilisoft to pieces about when the updates will arrive.
