problem, not working

Hello, everybody! I just started playing pg3d. Well, when i play first time, everything was okay, but after 1 day i cant enter the game. It shows the Rilisoft logo and returns to my desktop (androids desktop,you know, start screen) I tried to reinstall the game and it worked. Then i had a stat restart, and I started again. I had some guns for a start and 1 day later I went in game and this is happening again. I was exiting program and trying again much times, I was trying to close some processes, but nothing. When my phone is off about 1 hour, then i can turn it on ang go in game and it works, but if I do fast restart, it won't work. But the fact is that, when I delete the game and download it again from playstore, it's working for one time but it's big problem, because i loose everything then and I need to start from first level if I reinstall the game. Please, help me.

If you cannot help, then please do not post that you can't help. Simply ignore and run along.

Anyways, I think a step to getting it to work may be to specify what type of device you are running. We know you are Android, but what device are you playing on? Knowing the device may give a clue as to how to solve the problem.

I have got LG optimus G E975.
Android version 4.4.2 and if it makes any sense, Program version is E97520a

It looks like your device either can't run Pixel Gun or has corrupted/missing files. I've had the same thing happen to me (usually when I try to install a Pixel Gun apk that isn't from the store), but if it crashes from the play store directly, I'd recommend deleting the com.pixel.gun3d file inside your device and reinstalling. It's basically hard-restarting your pixel gun file, but I'm pretty sure it'll work.

That means, i will loose my stats again? Like I said, I tried to uninstall the game and download again from play store, it worked first time, but after 1 day it was crashing again.
 
JUST DO WHAT BROOKE SAID

Anyways try to force stop the game and clear cache and it might works
Or your CPU can't handle the game

If u have a google play games account u won't lose ur progress.
 
Well, considering that your phone runs on a 1.5 GHz quad core CPU, I believe that CPU power isn't a problem. However, you seem to be running a ARM-based CPU, so my guess is that support for that kind of device isn't all too well. Nonetheless, you should also know that Pixel Gun 3D is a large application( the size is around 194 MB) that needs time to gather all its data up when you start it up your phone so you shouldn't expect it to run as quickly as other apps.
Nonetheless, you can send Rilisoft an email with your problem and device via http://pixelgun3d.com or http://rilisoft.com/contact-us.html so they can add support for it in future updates.

I remember one thing, that I had the old Pixel Gun 3D game and when I installed the new one, I didnt remove that old game. Maybe these games had the same name of com.pixelgun3d... and these files mixed up. Maybe that was the problem?
I did that what Brooke said, I deleted that com.pixelgun3d map and reinstalled it. Now it's working for now. I don't know how it is going to be later. I will write back if it won't work.
 
I don't care about the guns ( OK I actually do ) I care about my friends I don't want to lose them and this idea ( that works ) will delet my friends right?
I don't want to lose them BUT I do want pixelgun to work I know that probably no one will reply but still please help me out DX]

i used to have this problem but all you have to do is if you downloaded any app(s) within that time then those app(s) is what is causing pixel gun 3D to crash and if you didn't download any apps then press the back button after is is at 100% when loading and if that doesn't work then your on your own sorry.
