Problem restore purchase, i lost everything!

Hello, greetings to all the fans Pixel Gun 3D.
I'm Alex i play Pixel Gun 3D on the iPad mini.
PlayerID: 63053253

I am forced to present my problem on forum because have already written 3 time to support Pixel Gun 3D 19.10 and 20.10.2015 i have no answer from your side. I do not know how to interpret your failure to respond to my e-mail.
On your game Pixel Gun 3D i spent 90,73 € where i bought in the the shop a much of items that are missing after update.

After update Pixel Gun 3D from my iPad i lost everything!
I delete again the game Pixel Gun 3 D, and i upgrade iOS in my iPad (iOS 9.0.2).
I re-instaled the game from Appstore with my original account and the same Game Center.

I when started the game i pressed in the button restore purchase, but nothing.... I have lost evrything i bought.. weapons, armors, experiance. For everything i bought in the shop now the game asked me to buy again?? All over again!

In the period from 14.11.2013 to 22.05.2014 i bought the coins for 90,73 € with my account iTunes.
I sent you already in to your e-mail (pixelgun3d.supp0rt@) attachement PDF copy of my purchased and the date of purchase. But I have no response!

I have spent 90,73 € in the game Pixel Gun 3D,it's a lot of money... and now i have nothing!
I would ask you to solve my problem as soon as possible. I want to get back with everything i bought, or we find a solution to my problem, or even reply to an e-mail that i sent.

Did your player level, name, clan and every single thing reset to a completely new state? If so, your player id at that point may not be the same as the original

How I fixed mine, was to downgrade the Pixel Gun version to when I lost it. Of course, that needs a Jailbreak

i have already explained that i played with my original account and my ID from the beginning until now.

Yes everything is reset to zero on my original account, everything was bought with my player ID and the same account... (game centar)
It is simply impossible to spend 90 euros and anything to anyone ..Button Restore Purchase because there is, in order to recover what we bought. But nothing..
If we all bought one, why we pay again. I just want items, armors, expirience back. I spent 90 euros in this game.
I do not want to look for old versions of Pixel Gun 3D because i do not know which version was when i lost ... it takes a year...

I paid and that problem needs to solve team support of the PixelGun 3D.. it should, but i did not get so far no response from their side.
I've tried everything .. wiping, installed a dozen times.. nothing..

I hope to get any kind of response from support team RiliSoft. I'm a client, and clients are those who fill their bank account...
I hope you agree with me Dban 1, tnx for your answer :smile:

This forum is fan-made, and not associates with Rilisoft. They do have an account, but it is a rarity for them to come online. The best you can do is hope and wait for a response from Rilisoft's support team.
Just a heads up, you won't be getting any of your custom skins or exp back. It only restores your purchases.

I see. However, do you confirm that your player ID before you lost your stuff and after you lost your stuff are the same? Cuz when my things were reset, my id changed as well. Unless you are sure that you know your previous id exactly and compared with what id you have now are the same, I am willing to share my resources and techniques with you.

Don't worry I have resources to PG3D version 9.0.4 and even earlier. When you jailbreak your iPad, just revert to the older version and you should be able to see your old items. Though the topic becomes whether jailbreak for iOS 9 is out yet..

Of course, this is way tedious and doesn't guarantee success, although trying to contact the devs is pretty difficult as well. It's your call
