RESET ACCOUNT HELP

So I have written lots of threads but no one is replying. Anyways, I would like to reset my account since I’m level 11 but I have nothing for some reason. I used to play PG3D and leveled up to 11 but I recently deleted it. I reinstalled it but I’m still level 11 with nothing with me (guns, gem, coins, armour etc.). Is there anyway to reset the account? (I have tried uninstalling and installing it)
 
Here's my TIP for you: Uninstall the game, never ever install this game at all. There you go, the problem has been solved. I hope you enjoy my help! :smile:
 
Why? I like the game but I’m having a hard time to get back to my progress since I’m still in level 11 and not earning coins because it’s hard to level up.
