So is Rilisoft actually scamming people in IAPS?

Title explains it all.

If one doesn't receive what they bought, does contacting Rilisoft work? Do they actually listen to these claims? I only bought gems once (then I hacked it.) So I dont know much about this "Not getting what I payed for." If they have done this, why hasn't their game been removed? Do they even respond with a reason why?
 
nope, they rarely ever if not never respond to people that contact support, especially if it has something to do with the currency, i only saw a few people claiming that they got a response, but with no strong evidence, right now i am not sure how the form of a response from rilisoft is delivered to the one contacting support, anyways, a lot of people said something about paying money and not getting anything, now because of someone who said that they had this issue but actually got their purchase later on, i think that the time that the purchase takes to be made from rilisofts end is dependent on if they actually do it or not or because of internet connection problems, but the amount of players complaining about not getting their purchases from the game is really suspicious, which leads to the idea of rilisoft scamming people, i wont be surprised a bit if this is true and i think we already talked about this, tho its pretty possible that Rili$oft is scamming people, i hope people reported this to the android play store and apple app store, i don't think i heard of any android players complaining tho
 
Lemme get this straight and a fresh answer: *sigh* Nope. These money divers think money is more than everything, they think money is literally for everything. They even think, a very illegal way to receive money IS STILL FINE. People buy things, they don't receive what they bought, they don't even know how to contact Apple or Google Play on how to get something they didn't, RiliSoft's money is always on the line, they pay for more OP weapons to ruin the game even more than expected. Of course they don't listen to anybody, not even to people who got scammed by their in-game purchases, they stopped caring about their fans and care about money rather than game balance. The customers realize they didn't receive what they bought, they attempt to contact RiliSoft and finally, the customers wait for ages and RiliSoft never responds to them. R.i.P the customers' money.

most of PG3Ds players are young kids who can't even bother to know how to contact support from the app stores, Rilisoft is clever on this one xP

I would like to somebody in here spend a buck just so they can report RiliSoft to Google Play or Apple so that this trashy game could die off and be played by Satan once it goes to hell.
 
Pixel Gun 3D IMO would've been better if:
  • Gems are at least easier to get.
  • Sandbox would be separated from Pixel Gun 3D.
  • OP Weapons and accessories would be nerfed.
  • Most of the removed content would return.
  • All hackers would be banned.
  • RiliSoft would actually listen to us.
  • RiliSoft would stop scamming people with their in-game "purchases".
If all of that happen, I would like Pixel Gun 3D and it would be a better game for me, and mostly for everybody.

i agree with everything except the gem one, i know we all want gems to be easier to get but that's gonna disturb rilisofts income, i'd rather just hack and have fun just like the days of 10.2.0

By meaning easier gems, the only new way to earn them is by earning achievements (1 gem for bronze, 2 for silver and 3 for gold), and achievements would be slightly harder, and also add too many ads, most of them being forced ads. Easier gems, more ads, less modders, a better way how RiliSoft receives money, achievements will no longer be pointless and finally, Pixel Gun 3D would have more fun gameplay.

Now, how do I put this? Rilisoft doesn't respond when you don't get your gems/coins and you contact them. When this gets more common, the "contact support" feature will be rendered as useless. This is also however, a crime. And this also isn't the first time this happened (probably). Remember PGW? When they closed the game down and never refunded anyone and just ran away with the money without saying a word? Yeah, that's a crime. Scamming is stealing. Stealing is a crime. Scamming is against the law.

Why am I still here and why are people still playing this mess? There's better games to play that are free and are not p2w (Not mentioning though, because rules.)

Well if that's the case, somebody should contact the appstores that sell this game and tell them that Rilisoft is scamming people.
