Suggestions that could make PG3D a blast!

How about a crouch feature ehh ehh?
I would love for that feature to happen.

If there's one thing I hate about all of the iOS FPS games, they all lack a crouch feature (except Modern Combat, I think). It would be great to have a crouch feature, or even a feature to go prone (lay down for sniping). However, given the amount of cover in the game, I could sense these features may not entirely be of use, but still be of some substantial use in multiplayer.
 
More survival maps, finish the campaign, Halo smg, a map based on complex from 007 Golden Eye, and a ww2 weapons pack.
 
I've worked with several online games (namely CrossFire / Blackshot SG / Combat Arms) and I can tell you that you'll be regretting having a kick system around. Intellectually impaired players (there are many) will abuse the system to kick a *usually skillful* player to achieve victory and those who benefit having a cheater on their team won't kick, plus dating isn't a big deal (amongst regular players, not us forumers) in Pixel Gun 3D.

Hackers (personally, I deem this term wrong since all "hackers" in the game are just script kiddies leeching off a trainer exploit, so hereafter, "cheaters"), aren't a majority in the game. They're relatively little and interestingly, they can't aim for crap, if at all. A kick system is only necessary if cheaters are becoming a majority and Alex Krasnov patches exploits fairly quickly, so I don't see why we should bother adding a kick system.

As for my suggestion: Give Alex Krasnov an electric shock every 3 hours the iOS version of Pixel Gun isn't being updated at the same speed as the Android version, each electric shock must be stronger than the latter.
You can't really blame Alex. He merely sends the updates to Apple, and Apple has to approve the update before the update is released. Poor Alex.

Add animations when your enemy is killed depending on your weapon. Example: Using the ultimate headhunter on your enemy's head the enemy's head pops off? Just an idea :3

I'd think a more realistic approach would be the head just disappearing. That thing fires like a Barret M107, when it hits impact the target explodes and is just gone.

Though animations for certain deaths would be nice. It would be epic if we could one-hit kill people with Melee weapons like in Halo. :grin:
 
What I'd really like to see is people catching on fire and taking periodic damage if they get hit by the flamethrower. That would make my day, for sure!

Also a other example: The rambo's rifle could have a laser to aim a bit better. Or a grenade launcher that can go with it. NOTE:These attachments would have to cost coins.:smile:

While attachments to guns seems possible, if it ever gets introduced the attachments will be quite limited at first. Even then, we're unsure if the attachments will either be for effect or can actually work.

Actually, the more I consider it, most FPS' have attachments for weapons when they are at the base model, when the gun has just an iron sight, standard mag and stock. Not many features are available once you have a fully maxed-out gun with a grenade launcher, red-dot sight, and an extended mag. If Rilisoft were to attempt this, they would need to overhaul their entire Armory for it to even have a chance in taking off the ground.
 
Here are some of my ideas:
  • Maps in offline mode: Basically the ability to scour all multiplayer maps in offline mode.
  • Crouch ability: Like an extra button or command to be able to crouch.
  • Kill Stats: I enjoy stats but basically id like to see some stats like kills, death, deaths/match, shooting accuracy.
  • Custom Skin Market: Like a marketplace for buying/selling custom skins. In order to not be exploited skins must not be able to be altered and must have a max available sale price.

The crouching button I'd be a bit skeptical on, since some games have been known to place the button in the right place, or place it terribly and it gets more players killed than saved. Kill stats would be nice, especially in-depth ones such as that. I've already shown my appreciation for a Skin market, however I agree with a max sale price, since many skin makers will attempt to go to the limit to scam off players. Inability to customize them would be a nice feature to have as well. Man, with that we could form a Skin Maker's Merchants Guild! MUAHAHAHAAHAHA!!!!

*Coughs* Ahem, sorry, got a bit obsessed there. But I agree with most of your statements. And I apologize I didn't link you to the thread, it's my form of courtesy to do that, but since I'm so incredibly tired I forgot. :tongueout:

Thanks for your input on my ideas. Also thanks for your apology, I just felt a bit flat when instead of getting a reply all I got was a locked thread. I was hoping that at some stage you guys could add a poll with the 'best' ideas mentioned here to see what most people are looking forward to. I have a feeling that Rilisoft does look at some type of fan input as they seem to mention that as the reason behind some of their update ideas. Either that or they're just ripping off minecraft and bioshock.

You raise a good point with the fan input, I had someone on a server today tell me that the Flower Power was made into a gun from some fan art. I've looked at their Facebook page recently and it's lively, so it wouldn't surprise me if their Facebook or Twitter pages are the fan input source. It would be nice though for the devs to acknowledge us though, just a sign to show they know we're here.

1v1 Mode

1v1 mode would be located in the death match menu. Very small maps would be used (Colosseum, the last level of campaign, new ones)
There would be gun fight: the two players would be given a random gun and fight it out best of 3. After each round the player gets a full regen.
There would also be knife fight: the players get a random melee weapon in the best of one match. The winner of both these game modes would be given 5-10 coins. Also you would be partnered against a random player to stop you abusing this for coins.

Just a thought but wouldn't it be nice to occasionally find a coin just sitting on the ground in a multiplayer game. A drop location has a percentage system, 50 or so % ammo 20% health 15% armour. What I'm suggesting is that the rest be percentage of a coin drop.

I suggested this as it adds a bit to the game and makes coin collection that bit easier. I also suggest buffing up Deathmatch wins from 3 coins to 5.

P.S. I made the percentages up but thier my best guess.

Laser chain saw

As we all know the laser chain-saw is the same as a sword with different stats. I have an idea that would make it a bit more interesting. It would need fuel the spawn ammo would be 5/15 the max would be 5/30. Each fuel would last a second and when it within range of the enemy it would do -2 damage.

Foreword: this is a small idea so don't say "oh this is not a big idea"

I am a huge fan of the Rambo's Rifle. The mixture of damage and rate of fire is superb and the scope makes this gun amazing, also it looks awesome. This weapon is so good that I use it nearly all the time (I occasionally mess people up with the Automatic Peacemaker M2)

The one problem I have with the gun is the ammo. The reload time is fine and do is the capacity. However you spawn with 42/84. With the great rate of fire, I quickly find myself out of ammo and using my backup weapon. I would very happily like to see three backup rounds at spawn. This wouldn't make it too OP as it's max ammo is 42/210.

Here's to 42/126 after spawn...

Here's a suggestion that might be good:

Add more level gaps in multiplayer.

I'm tired of facing the Level 5-9 players that do zero crap and get killed off too easily, both on my team and the enemy team. If they're going to do different level divisions, here's how it should go:

Level 1-4: Starter
Level 5-9: Intermediate
Level 10-13: Professional

While I know it may break up any clan structures there are now, I think it'd be nice to at least have this as an option. This way, the players who want to go hardcore or professional are free to do so. Sure it may make it harder to find specific servers and the like, but I think an option like this would be good to sort out the players easier, at least, for those who care about their fighting styles and such.
