Screen glitching, but it still ACTS normal (I still can choose tracks and play games, well, not with this screen)

I guess it's time to go change to a new one, eh

Is there any "ghost-touching" while you are trying to play a game? If yes, try putting duct tapes on the screen, that's all I know about tablets and phones made by Apple.
