Update 13.3.0 for iOS

did the update release for iOS yet cuz it is 10th of Jan and I am not getting the update... I have seen game plays of this update over a week ago but have not got the update yet... I am waiting.. if this update has arrived in iOS, please reply.. I use an iPhone 5. That could be the reason if it has been released but not in my phone

Usually iOS updates take longer than for Android as Apple has a stricter checking policy. As long as your device meets the requirements of the game then updating when it comes out shouldn't be a problem.
