Wall"bangers"

First of all, I would like to say I. USE. CRYSTAL CROSSBOW. <Problem?> And now, I would like to speak on behalf of the people that get called "n00bs" for using them. now, I know what you are thinking, 'this will be completely biased' but NO. I am reasonably tired of people calling me a noob. if rilisoft thought their bastardised wep was completely uncalled for, they would have removed it. there's more to a shooter than running around mindlessly and shooting whatever moves like an imbecile. that is where "Shotgunz" and "Nu-scup". is used. now , I offer a change of pace. go join a server using a "banger" try it out for yourself. feels different, doesn't it? exactly. these beautiful weapons were made for the strategists. someone taking cover or running behind a wall? with timing and skill, you can easily shoot them. sniper or cheater hiding in a wall or somewhere normal weapons can't dream to get to? shoot them with the wall"banger" now for me to pinch the pimple so to speak. How exactly did the name-calling and abuse come about? Name tags. with the proper spamming and weapon, players could shoot their adversary from across the map. I definitely understand how that angered people, but I disagree with name calling since nowadays that issue has been resolved, leaving the more understanding and intelligent people to use these magnificent weapons. so please, next time you call someone a wall banger, make sure they are not a WallRanger. Eh, I still think the hitbox is incredibly broken on STW weapons. It isn't really fun to get a bunch of kills through a wall, and the Crystal Crossbow doesn't require much aiming. I understand using it for glitchers, because that's what I do, but getting 20 kills with something like that really doesn't merit anything. Sure, everyone has the right to use the guns in the game but there's not many merits to killing with an STW weapon.
 
People keep saying im aha ker because of it T^T so I stopped using it. Its kinda unfair if you think about it...
 
The thing about wallbangers however is there's a time to strategically use them, and a time where they're just plain overused. Now if you're using it in a clan battle, being mobile with it and such, I consider that strategical use. Now if you're camping with it in a corner of the map for the whole match, then it becomes overused, and people quickly call you a noob. I have had my fair share of use with a Crystal Crossbow (just now used it Inside The Code), and while I grant it the weapon is incredibly powerful, I believe that it does have potential to be used for rather cheap purposes. There's more fulfillment in killing someone with accuracy and your mobility than killing them by camping behind a wall.
 
At least my point got across, but I generally meant to stop calling people noobs over it, and to try to think about the good uses it has instead. of the bad ones.
 
I see your point zombie, but I still think the hit box is incredibly OP on them. I myself do NOT like wall bangers and when I've had enough of em, I give em a piece of their own medicine! I go in the glitch on Aztec and auto spawn kill them with the cross bow. When they start raging, that's when I know I did a good job:smile:.
