Why can't i save my progress?

So basically, i ever downloads PG3D about 1 month ago then uninstalled it a week after. Today, im redownloading it. I use the same acc as i use in te older Times, but progress is not saved. Im lvl 13 with many guns and gems and i would like to continue my progress. Im playing on Android device. Can anyone help me pls?
 
You have to go to settings and hit restore purchases, note that you probably won't get the gems back, and if the weapons aren't available at your current level, they'll be like locked.(atleast that's what I remember from when I still played) Hope this helps
 
The thing is, you are lucky, because level 13 is not that high. Think about level 31 players losing their accounts and paid bucks on virtual items.
Anyways, just hit restore purchases. Both currencies will most likely not restore.
