RIP

1. He wasn't an administrator, he was a moderator, basically, he was just a member that turned into a moderator, like all moderators in PGW.
2. Sadly, the beautiful game we call PGW is never coming back, as it has been confirmed that the game is down forever, without any refunds. The eternal cancellation was confirmed due to numerous different sources.
could u link sources im interested pl0x

Hey i found a strange version of the PGW page : https://pixelgun3d.com/theme/site/dist/
unfortunatly i cant speak russian but i think it is a lost piece of the closed beta.
"Big update inexorably closer with each passing day. You have not heard of it .. Well, maybe you've spent the last few months in the shelter without any communication with the outside world: it can only serve as an excuse for you. Whatever it was, until the upgrade there are very few; it's time to hold a briefing and explain what will happen to all of us in the near future."
I do not understand, was this an easter egg after the shut down of the game?

Uh, look at this: http://pixelgun3d.com/closed.html

It seems like they've made PGW a Russian-exclusive game, meaning that they're concentrating on the feedback of Russian players only. (Probably because nobody in the team speaks English very well. Or they just don't want to pay too much for a translator. lol) I assume Rilisoft will still release the game.

I don't understand why people think that PGW is dead. I kind of have to defend Rilisoft here because they totally surprised 99% of the community when they announced this idea (including me).

The game was always meant to be a trial or beta testing of a computer simulator for PG3D, the fact that they allowed anyone who signed up to their forums free access to the game showed that they were serious about testing it out and receiving feedback. Also, if you notice, the game was closed exactly one year to the day since the first testers were allowed to begin testing, so it would seem that the testing period had ended and now development and commercialising the game will take place for either a future PC or console game.

The biggest problem is the fact that people were allowed to buy IAPs and were apparently not refunded any unused coins. That is very disappointing if that happened, the only 2 explanations I can see for that is if they told players that that could happen or they could offer those players a discount equal to their IAPs when the game goes on sale.

I can understand some of the fears but I'm not that pessimistic. If you don't hear any news about it in the next 6-12 months then I'll admit that I was wrong.

This is what they say their office at google street view.
What a long ass link I know. It does look a little bit strange, but it is russia (the office looks strange I mean).
Anyway, I am bored now in the holidays and I want to write them a letter with some questions. Do I have to use some specyal postage-stamps for sending letters from
Germany to Russia? It says it costs 90 ct. I hope they repley to this.
Someone noticed that the link I posted here a few weeks ago is not working anymore? Did they spot me and shut it down, or did they kill it with everything else
PGW related.

For the first question, maybe.
For the second question, they killed it with everything PGW related. Anything with pixelgun3d.com/blahblahblah is 404 error because pixelgun3d.com was replaced by the mobile counterpart.

We had a good run...

Ooh! I bet you completely forgot about Dragon Armor and Wonder Vest! Just admit it, you completely forgot about it...

I just noticed that in the products tab of rilisoft side there is no more something like:
"We are still working on two other application, but they are not ready for a full realease."
So they have updeted their side, but it still says 2012- 2015 at the bottom.
Stange ore just stupid?

Strange and stupid at the same time. I bet they were baiting us with those two projects, and even if they were making them, they probably cancelled them because they feel like they would rather waste their money on more OP gem-costing weapons and PG3D updates than just make a couple of new interesting projects.

I think it is going to come back, but different, as a full game. Yeah it was a**holish to include microtransactions in a beta and dont do refunds, but I think they would not do that if they really needed to. I assume someone who can create a game that good as PGW is a better person than that. It does not even make sence to not bring PGW back, because what could go wrong? They now had some time to work on it, what they probably did not so much but they have done a little bit I think, will have instantly a fairly big playerbase that with a good statement of why PGW was stopped realeased with the rerelease of PGW would be willing to buy aggain, and as far as I know they are using the photon unity Networking Asset, (their logo is on the picture of company that use it: https:confused:www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/12080) what is just 95$ for 60 months of usage. I cant think of why the stopped it in the first place. If they did not want to do anymore updates, they could just sit there and profit from microtransactions. If they were working on a really big update, the same with just no sitting but working. One thing that could be but is very unlikely that they could in trouble with the law by using Star Wars elements and Counter Strike maps, because other games do that as well.
