In my time of playing I've never managed to transfer an account to another device. So unfortunately you may have to restart if you want to play on a new device.

Usually iOS updates take longer than for Android as Apple has a stricter checking policy. As long as your device meets the requirements of the game then updating when it comes out shouldn't be a problem.

There would be no reason to wipe them as the idea is for this to become a "multi-game" community, which includes Pixel Gun 3D.
