It didn't work at all I tried to redownload the game and it worked but everything resetted. Update: I fixed the problem but everytime I quit the game it resets all my progress

There are no viruses, no 3rd party applications. This is a new phone after all and the only app downloaded is PG3D.

This is my first thread, before my game was doing great but my cousin accidentally deleted it, I redownloaded it and this error showed up I don't know or see what it says but all I could understand was about an IP. Please help me out. I had alot of items.
