Account retrieval question

I recently reinstalled my app, and reconnected to my old account, but all of my progress bars have been reset to 0. My exp, despite still displaying me as level 17, is now at 10/200, which definitely does not seem correct, and all of my coins, gems, and trophies were reset. I still have my guns and various other bought/unlocked items however. Is this normal? Will things fix themselves if I just leave it for a while? Is there somewhere I can go to get help?

Sorry, mate. Only your account's league and progress connected to Google account is saved, while the in-game progress is gone upon reset.
