How to insert photos into posts?

i am using an iPad and I have some in game screenshots in my photo album I want to post on a thread. The only image adding option it gives me is enter a URL. I don't have these images on the Internet, they are in my devices photo roll. Does this site have a photo album where we can upload images or something?

P. s. I see it gives me this option below in creating a thread, BUT NOT A POST?

It won't let me edit my last post so I must post again. Ok I figured it out but when I tap CHOOSE FILE absolutely nothing happens!

1. Send the image(s) from the device (in my case the iPhone 5S) to your gmail account in use.
2. Download the image on the computer and save it in the "Pictures" file.
3. Go to http://tinypic.com/ and upload the image.
4. Copy the "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards".
5. Go to the thread in which you desire to post and share the image.
6. Paste your link and it should turn out to something like this. ->

Thank you very much for all your help. I just wish the Upload a File button actually worked. When I click it and press Choose file nothing pops up saying Photo Library or Take with Camera. They should fix that...it shouldn't be so hard to post pics on forums. I use a forum and its a lot easier to post pictures...

You should had to click Photo Library...
 
But lately (after 8.0 ios update) the upload a file option is kind of bugged but i believe that Apple fixed it.
Also there is no more option in the shoutbox to post faces.
