"No Connection to The Server" Please Help My Situation...

OKAY, This is my 1st time speaking on this forum and having an issue w/ Pixel Gun (I actually had to look you guys up under Notable Members to send this conversation), so be aware and try to be as descriptive as you possibly can. I would appriciate that sincerly, Thank You very much for responding!

Alright, so my initial problem im having using Pixel Gun is the fact that every time I even try to join either the Team Battle, Deathmatch, or Coop. Survival multiplayer hosting servers on Custom, I dont recieve a list of servers that I may join nor can I make my own server. However, when I choose GO scrolling over a specific map in the initial multiplayer menu on either of these 3 modes, I can get through to a random server out there. I dont have this problem w/ either Deadly Games or Capture the Flag, but I'd really prefer to play on the 1st 3 modes at my own choice of servers.
Things to keep in mind when replying w/ support:
  • I'm playing Pixel Gun on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, bottom line im using Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean!
  • Im Playing the latest version of Pixel Gun, Version 9.3.3, installed using Amazon Appstore.
  • I have been experiencing the problem for 3 1/2 approx. days by now, so not exactly long. I usually have about 15 seconds of Pixel Gun lazily loading nothing before i get the error message.
  • I have resetted my router several times by now and the same issue still occurs.
  • The wifi connection, speed, and strength are sufficent enough for productivity on my device.
  • Just In Case it could matter: I have rooted and unrooted my device before, quite a while ago though, and I seem to have lost complete connection to google play services, possibly caused by anything related to the temporary rooted state of the device.

AGAIN, Any helpful support, questions, or suggestions may be of good help and would be greatly appriciated! THX!

•What's your current level?
•Why did you use Amazon instead of Google Play?
•When did you download the app?

This happens to me aswell on iOS,for some reason, it happens to me to.
Thank you Tex, I got a wittness! BTW I followed you, thanks for following me.

EDIT:

1. Im level 21, but my server screen never loads after the most recent update on the 1st 3 multiplayer modes.
2. Im working on fixing some permission issues w/ Google Play on my device that wont allow me to recieve services or even sign in. Long story.
3. I downloaded the app... approx. 3 weeks ago.

Hmm... Does it ask you to sign in to Google Play or GameCircle?

Might be a problem with your wifi, or your android OS. I use android and never get problems like this, i also use android. But i really like it on my iPad more, check your internet. Or your android OS, or try killing other processes that might have consumed internet.

Either of those 1st two suggestions could be the proble. My internet works fine, I dont know how to check up and troubleshoot my wi-fi connections, Im aware of what an OS is but dont know how to check up and troubleshoot, and I kill running background processes from time to time. I'll see what I can try, thank you for the response XDCorez.

If I may put my two cents in, I say that it's more likely than not that your Android OS, which is Jelly Bean, is the root of your problems.
Unfortunately, due to the recent inclusions of newer operating systems, you may have been left in the dust in terms of support for your device (it's a common problem, really). However, don't lose hope. If you'd like, drop Rilisoft a message with your problem to here:
http://pixelgun3d.com/
-and hopefully, you're issue should be fixed up within the next update.

Now, speaking of your predicament, I'd appreciate it if you told us the maximum wait time you have done when you've searched for servers. Considering the massive amount of servers there are, I wouldn't be surprised if your device merely needed time to gather server info.

It seems highly likley that your right on that one about my device and my problem. Thank you. And about your question... I usually have approx. 15 seconds of time where my tablet is "trying" to load the page of servers and get connected, but before I get thrown off of loading the server, either due to my device being lazy or truely "No Connection to The Server". All I ever get is a blank screen.
I think I'll also take it up with RiliSoft where you said to go, PixelGun3D.com, to address my predicament, but i'll still be open to other suggestion here. Thank you.

As a kindle user how much this stinks (Kindle runs android OS). Try rebooting the system this is not just shutting it off it kills everything hold the power button for *20* seconds to reboot the OS
Another wittness, thank you! Ill try your suggestion and report back. Thx.
EDIT: Wait, do I hold the power button even after the starting screen is shown?

If my issue is in fact a bug and the report of my issue to RiliSoft is addressed, of course only if others experience this problem, then that would be most likely. Im still open to any further suggestions from here on out, but my best hope would probably be in the developer's bug fixes. Thank you all for your responses and suggestions!
