Not connecting to many players

Currently, I can play pixel gun just fine on the same wifi as my little cousin who is having problems. He said it started happening about two or so days ago. The problem is that he can start the game and connect just fine. But when he connects, there is barely any to none players playing on his game while my games are almost always full. He may connect to 2-3 different players. All the games says there are few to none in them on each map while mine are almost all full. He is on an android. Help!

Maybe he is playing on maps that don't have many people on them? When I get connected to an empty map I just go back out until I find one with players already in it. Also you can go to custom games and find one there.

The thing is for when it shows how many players are in each lobby with like the people things next to each map wether it's green or red with how many people are in a lobby, there's only 1 person or none filled of you understand what I'm saying. There's no one in any of them, I go on his device and try to find different lobbies but can't find one with over 3 people in them in all game modes.

I'm not sure why he has this problem, I haven't had that before. Try going into custom games where it shows how many players are in a game before you enter.

In custom games there is only two maps with 2 players in each game. on my device there's more then 20 games with max players on most, just very weird, I'm not sure how to fix it.

Just check that they are on the latest update that's all I can think of, otherwise it is some bug which I don't know how to fix.

He said he was on android and they almost always get the update first. I'm on a kindle and mine just did an update the other day so android should have the latest update.
