How many headshot does it take for ISR to kill the ff?
= Code Dragon
= Ogre Knight
= Wizard Boss
= Alien Professor (boss)
= The Bug (boss)
= Military Mech (boss)

I'd say only a few for each except the Code Dragon (Is that a new enemy or something?), since the ISR (Impulse Sniper Rifle, if I'm correct?) seems to be quite powerful. But then again...they may have nerfed it...so it could be absolute garbage.

Nein. I believe it would be more than two. Perhaps 4-5 headshots.

The Bug- 8+ (can't seem to find the head in some shots)
Code Dragon- 2
Military Mech- 3
Alien Prof.- 4
Wizard- 4
Ogre Knight thing - 1
I had the crown on while I was doing this so it might have affected the outcome.
