Syncing Accounts

Im wondering if I can snc my iPad account to my IPhone account as my iPad account has my clan(13th Place in Leaderboards) which is a pretty high acchivement for me and my lvl 24 op account with all guns and all armor Maxed out.

So you need to go on computer and make sure your iCloud is setted up on your device and make sure that any device you want to syncing should be on computer at the same time.
