Unable to transfer data to another device please

I just got a new tablet and when I tried to transfer my current data to my tablet I had lost all my coins and gems and are not connected to my clan I realized that I had a completely different account id how can I successfully transfer all my data to another device?
 
Maybe there is no way to do that data transfer between devices. Maybe you can try some mobile transfer tool. Just search the details online by youself. Good luck to you.
