Sorry to say this is an unofficial forums, so we can't do anything ourselves to help you. I myself am on Windows, and have only one piece of advice; Be patient. Besides, even Amazon users have a similar problem. Just wait it out.

Well, Amazon and Windows are both having this stupid update issue... so just gotta wait it out.

Unfortunately, RiliSoft currently neglects on releasing the update on any device except iOS and Android. For now, patience is the key.
