Any recording app will always lag unless you have a fast device, but the best one to use is Display Recorder.If you have it and it lags a lot change the video quality to 1.5 Mbps or 2 mbps.

Ok to get things straight you CANNOT jailbreak ios 7.1 and above, mabye ios 8. Also search mrecorder in the appstore under iPhone only tab, you will see the truth on that recorder. Lastly if ur considering to jailbreak downgrade your ios version to 7.0.6 or below to jailbreak. Cloud player isn't unstable. Reflector isn't unstable. Elgato isn't unstable. Air
server isn't unstable. -.-

I didn't say reflector was unstable . Also me saying cloud player "unstable" is the glitch while recording like the screen flashes sometimes. Other than that, that is pretty much it.
