If you don't want to use a PC then you dont have any options. FileIce films said about RecordMyScreen for iOS 7 but I do not believe him after Mrecorder

Reflector guys. If you have windows 7 you can get the old version for free and record within the app. Whereas if you have windows 8, like me. You need to buy reflector or use the old version and record that with a screen capture device

Some would probably use display recorder or something from pc that let's u plug in your divice to the pc like banditcam.com

I tried that before, it did not work. You need to use Reflector or Air Mac Server to record on your iDevice from PC.

Or a device that works over HDMI. But you need an adaptor for your EXACT device. I cannot stress exact enough

If your still on ios 6 you can download RecordMyScreen.Before you start you need to change the date to 2012.After that go to http://www.emu4ios.net,find RecordMyScreen and click on instal.After the download is finished you can change the date back to 2014.
