Beating Ruby Armored Players (besides prototype)

Throw a truckload of grenades from above, hit them with a few bullets, then jump down and finish them with melee hits.

Grenades, AGB(best way) any explosive gun, dragon breath, predator shotgun, freeze ray rifle, turrets, mechs, big buddy canon, crystal laser canon, solar weapons, mega bass, cherry bomb, laser mini gun, hell raiser, and the psr.
These work the best
 
I shoot them in the face. With my Swat Rifle, Crystal Fast Death, Armageddon, or HeadHunter.
 
Ugh im so sad my armageddon got reset. Now i have to re-upgrade it but now it costs gems to upgrade... So i cant upgrade it.
 
Automatic peacemaker up2 is also very powerfull and dual machine guns. High voltage up2. Cherry bomb is not that good IMO.
Try to avoid the face to face battle and be sneaky, move side to side and jump.
Grenades, use grenades is an ancient art who rarelly people use, and you really should try. I have killed two RAP at once with only one of them more than once.
Of course this sounds obvious but try to headshot them all the most you can

A lot of people are saying grenades...I think I might use them.
 
Well i swear i kill Rap with only one of them.... It doesnt matter the lvl armor people wear for me....

The only downfall about grenades is they are a liitle bit inaccurate in this game so you must practice before
 
Fully upgraded AGB to kill RAP does work. But it takes 3 shots, so they'll have time to shoot back at you with their own explosive weapon against your weaker armor and dodge your shots. That's only if they are full health & armor however.

I find a fully upgraded Apocalypse can also be considered as a RAP counter weapon, it does strip a RAP full of their armor points, leaving only health points to finish off with 2-3 shots from your primary gun from quick switching. I think apocalypse UP2 is the highest damage per shot explosive gun. It does more damage then Armageddon, AGB, and Solar Cannon.
It's great for sneaking up to them and kill them before they know whats happening. Just note it has less AOE, long reload and ammo, so its not suited for long games, need to aim carefully with it, and you have to switch guns to cancel reloading time.

Another strategy, if you don't have the skills to dodge, rocket jump and out maneuver the RAP, is to simply just avoid them and use fire demon to run away, focus on other players and only fight them (or kill steal them) when they're busy with someone else. Guerrilla tactics.

Lol apocalypse up2 only does 10 more damage than a AGB. And it only has 1 ammo. That gun is useless.
