Button Issue

Whilst I am using a sniper rifle, the button shown below does not work half the time:

I have maximized the size of the button to fix the issue but it does the same thing.

Does anyone else have this issue? And how might I fix it?

You'll only lose your skins.

not only skin but score (etc.survival score,win score)I already try it
