Can't see in app purchases

So I've been playing the game for well over a year, and I finally decided to get some gems to buy the sunrise. Except when I go to buy some it says "we are working to improve the game" and all that. When will this be fixed
And when I changed devices my level reset, so what's wrong with that?

No, I didn't. It kept crashing for some time when I tried to open the in app purchases. It stopped but, then I couldn't buy them anymore

I know that message appears when you try to hack the game (bypass the IAPs). It could be a bug. Try contacting Rilisoft themsleves about it.
