i am an ios phone user and i am at level 26 but i dont have the daily prize since then is it when one is at the highest level then no more daily prize (my brother who is at level 11 but he has the daily prize i pone user too)

You have to wait 24 hours and you will get an alert from the app (like a text) saying,"come back and get rewards"
Then you can play. If you open the app before that notification comes it won't work. So you will have to try again tomorrow

For some reason. When i set my time to non-automatic it's don't show the daily reward. But show the notification.

No, I realized you have to wait for 2 days to claim your rewards. I don't know if the theory has been proven yet.
