Friend list won't load

I am so confused because when I try to add someone it's already gray and I tried it for everyone else and it's still like that.
I looked in my friend-list, mailbox, sent , clan and it's completely blank.
Is it something with the new update? Is it a glitch? Sorry I'm new here and I'm so confused, help me please. QnQ

It's just a minor bug with @RiliSoft, sometimes it'll load.

i have a little question what do you mean grey cause i think we have the same problem
